From the outside looking in

All you see,when looking at me is a boy with a grin

From the outside looking in,

When you see me all you see are jokes and laughters

From the outside looking in,

all you see is just a normal boy sitting high up on the rafters... Try looking life through my eyes,i tell you what i see

An image of my father's son looking at me

An image i know i cannot be free

I tell you what i see

Someone who has a future burden on his shoulder

A burden which weighs more than a boulder

A burden which I've seen carried by my mother..

I tell you what i see

Someone who've grown up without guidance from a father

At best his a friend to his siblings, a companion to his mother

Never the image of my father's son which continues to look on

I tell you what i see..

Someone who's every mistake feels like a wooden stake piercing through his heart

Someone who knows that a family's bond will never part

Someone who's every move is frown upon.... From the outside looking outside looking in

All you see is plain old me

Never serious always carefree

An image from the outside looking in.. Maybe someday when you see me my father's son i will be

But that's just me,
